i use to do it for like half a year but switched to MMA now............Ummmm listen and do everything ur trainer tells u (unless its like "take off ur pants" or something :S)...........and practice at home with the right technique..............ever since i started practicing MMA at home(mostly submissions i had a hard time getting) ive gotten better at them then my entire cl :D I dunno how u can do that with hits if u dont have a punching bag but just do the drills ur trainer gave u
