Could modern feminism be deemed a conservative/right-wing movement?

No, I think the feminist movement can be described as left-wing. Conservatism work on keeping traditional values or returning to them, which seems the opposite of what feminism does. Feminism doesn't create social hierarchies and is trying to change traditional views of society. Most modern feminists work on changing the law to improve both women and mens lives.
