Are we about to have a war with Russia?

It seems like Russia keeps testing us. Russians in Georgia, Russian bombers to Venezuela, Russian warships to the Caribbean, Russia backing Iran, Russia bolstering Syrian military. It is like they want to start a middle east cold war as well as a cold war with us!
