Do i have a good chance of getting into towson university as a freshman?

i have an unweight gpa 3.1 and a weighted gpa of 3.2. I am in my senior year. ive taken honors trig and pre calc. i am currently in ap stat and honors calc. i am also taking honors brit lit and psych. On my math sat i got a 490 and in reading i got 460. i am in national art honors society and i work alot. I feel like i wont get into any good colleges... such as towson, loyola, umbc, york... is where im applying but my main choice is towson.. do i have a good shot or no?
