Why is Darwins theory of evolution still taught when it has many flaws and mistakes?? explain?

a lot of people refer to his "THEORY" as a scientific law!! Why is this when there is obviously mistakes in this theory. People insist on saying creation is a fairy tale, but i find it hard to believe we came from a cell. How can the human body work so well if we started as dust?? and better yet how is it possible for a cell to transform if there is oxygen (it isn't a cell cannot form with oxygen in the air) and if there was no oxygen at the "time it happened" then there would be no OZONE layer which means no sunlight and with no sunlight it wouldn't be able to transform. That right there proves the theory wrong. I don't believe it's right for them to be teaching students this "THEORY" in our schools/ university when there is obviously no proof of it. Would we not see half men half ape walking about as we speak?? Yes we would but we don't.. So someone please answer this question and don't be a smart ***.
