Are these products for african american people only?

at walmart there is a section will all kinds of hair products and im uming its all for african american people, cuz most of the products have pics of african american hair. anyways i was wondering if other people can use it too? like there is this smoothin shine polisher and this palmers olive formula that look good for my dry hair.can i use them?
