How can I get my sister to stop taking my things!?

I am going on 15 and my sister just turned 12. She takes my things ALL the time! She uses my curling iron like everyday and she takes my straightener to! she wears my expensive suede boots, my expensive American eagle flats, because she cant take care of her shoes and gets a new pair every 3 months when ive had mine for the whole year! she borrows my pants witch I need for school because I have to wear uniform, and she borrows my cover up and concealer and I breakout because of her diffrent oils on her skin. All my electronics she borrows with out asking like my laptop, my camera ect. witch she has her own electronics but she loses/breaks them. Pleas help me! I work hard to get my things and i work hard for nice things! I but them with my own money and she takes them and breaks them or never returns them! Ive talked to my parents but she continues to steal! Ive been nice about it and told her to please ask and Ive yelled but nothing works! Ive even tried hiding it but she finds it anyway! Please no answers like buy a safe or dont buy nice things thankyou.
