Anyone looking to rent a Condo in Thonburi?

My new house is nearly finish in Ratchaburi and I will be moving soon. I would like to help my landlady who is a wonderful lady to find a renter. It's a small two bedroom condo with a/c in one bedroom and one in the living area. Fully furnish which includes a refrigerator and TV for 6,500 baht a month. The condo is in a complex of many buildings with 24 hours security, parking area and gate guards. It is located closed to a large university (so lots of students in the area) on Phuttha Bucha Road in Bangmod. Everything you need is close by including a Tesco Mini Market. However no bars or night life as in Central Bangkok. The one draw back (if you don't have a car) is that it takes about 45 minutes by bus to reach the Taskin Saphan Skytrain station.
