Bluetooth and phone pairing?

Does anyone have a Katana II paired with Motorala H500 headset? I just bought a Motorola H500 bluetooth for my Sanyo Katana II. I am having trouble pairing it. I've held down the call on and the light stays steadily blue and I've changed my phone settings to enable the bluetooth but it's not picking up the calls at all. Is there something special I need to do to pair them and is it even possible?
