I have a girlfriend suffering from PPD due to child birth?

She's showing a lot signs from it, and she gave birth almost seven weeks ago. She denies she it and refuses to get it checked out. She claims she "knows her body". Our relationship is on the brink... please, can someone tell me what I can do to save our relationship...
