Which Skateboard To Get?

Hi I am just starting skateboarding(I have been on and off for like 3 years) and I wanted to know what I should get. I am just learning, like I can ollie about a foot, and almost do a kickflip. I don't want to go huge on the price, because to get like a choice of any deck($75 max) andy trucks($70 max) any wheels($50 max) is like $190 in a package(including hardware and stuff). I want to keep skateboarding but all the shitty completes for like $50 keep breaking and SUCK. So I just stop. But is it worth the $190, and if so, what stuff should I get?
